At Mind Meadow Tutoring, we believe that every child deserves an education that feels like a sunlit meadow—open, nurturing, and full of possibility. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we are passionate about helping preK-12 students grow academically through personalized tutoring that honors who they are and who they can become. We offer expert support across a broad range of subjects, including Math (from foundational skills to advanced calculus), English (reading, writing composition, grammar, and literature), Science (biology, chemistry, physics, and more), Social Studies, foreign languages (Latin, Greek, Italian, French, Spanish), Music (theory and composition, form and analysis, piano, violin, and classical voice/opera, and more), Acting (commercial, film, and Shakespearean), and essential study and organizational skills. Our caring tutors—all holding advanced degrees and/or teaching certifications, and years of experience—undergo thorough background checks (FBI fingerprint background assessment) and are chosen not only for their knowledge, but for their warmth and patience.
English
Nurture a love for language from PreK phonics and early reading through advanced literature analysis, essay writing, and grammar in 12th grade. Our tutors foster clear communication, creative expression, and critical thinking through individualized instruction.
History
Bring the past to life! From simple timelines to in-depth study of ancient civilizations, American history, and world events. Our tutors tailor their approach to your child's needs; striving to emphasize critical thinking, primary sources, and meaningful connections to the present.
Science
Spark curiosity from PreK sensory exploration and basic life science to high school biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science. Hands-on guidance and real-world connections help students develop scientific thinking and a deeper understanding of the world.
World Languages
Introduce or advance fluency in French, Spanish, German, and Italian for students preK through 12th grade. Sessions focus on conversation, reading, writing, grammar, and cultural appreciation to open doors to the larger world.
We also offer Classical Latin and Greek instruction; from foundational vocabulary and grammar to advanced levels, these sessions strengthen logic, English proficiency, and appreciation for Western heritage.
Math
From early counting and shapes in PreK to advanced calculus and statistics in high school, our personalized math tutoring builds confidence and mastery. We tailor sessions to each student’s pace, making concepts clear and fun while developing strong problem-solving skills for lifelong success.
Music & Arts
Private sessions offered for classical voice/opera, acting, piano, guitar, violin, winds, brass, and most other instruments for PreK through high school students.
